So Mira ended up matching Minwu's count from last year, he went all the way to Day 74 without incurring another snipe (the power of the rule change, I guess?). Other than that, last year more interesting with the Zidane close-call and Yuffie x2 (no teflon needed yet). A lot of characters who got lucky last year weren't lucky this year, it seems.

Well I'm back to cruise control mode so shouldn't expect any more sniping from me. Or holding, ideally. Going to be interesting to see how things shake out post-rule change, we should be good to not lose H3 until Day 96. Maybe Day 95 if activity ramps up towards the end.

(of course the real twist would be lefty not changing the rules tomorrow)

Huh yeah only Yuffie, Zidane and Beatrix from that list are still in this year's contest. I don't even remember Minwu being a funny meme like Mira, he just happened to get saved a lot near the end or something.

And of course we are now down to 5/12 newbies :( Still pretty good! For comparison we are down to 7/16 returning characters, and we have 10/17 previous winners still intact.
