I might try it, I dont drink often but I do occasionally enjoy the Truly hard seltzers. Most brands Ive tried are pretty gross.

Mountain Dew started as an additive for Moonshine, so I imagine it does work pretty well.

At this point they're more likely to use sucralose/Splenda, because it's the far more common sugar replacement additive these days.

Used to do one with mt dew vodka and kool aid packets. Take a 2 liter and pour out (into cups I liked my dew so id drink that durinf the prep process) down to the top of the label. Adjust more less if you want it stronger or weaker. Fill back to the original level with vodka. Poor in two pouches of kool aid mix. Shake up and let sit a few minutes otherwise its gonna explode if you open it.

Pretty good. I did it with orange soda and grape kool aid mix before that was probably my favorite

My friend had these kool aid tablets. They tasted amazing with Mountain Dew. And I feel like that might taste great with alcohol, too

Skittles is what we called that drink lol. Cause to us it kinda tasted like someone made a alcoholic drink trying to capture the taste of skittles

For the Skittle Vodka I had, you take the flavorless vodka, put it in water bottles, and than like 10-20 (15-20) of the same color skittle, abs then you wait. I forget how long. But it was like a couple day or something It tasted just like the skittle, too

I made "Dewdrivers" in college 25 years ago (Dew + vodka). They were quite popular.

And like Dikitain mentioned, Mountain Dew was literally created in the first place to be a mixer for whiskey (not moonshine), so they beat us all to the punch by about 80 years (give or take).

Ever since White Claw's hit the market every other major company seemed to put out a similar product. This is especially true because those under 30 seem to prefer White Claw's over most other alcoholic beverages.

Im 32. Wouldnt say I like em but I can tolerate them and im trying to cut back on as much sugar as possible. So its my chaser for whiskey cause im too much of a bitch to drink it straight. Mikes hard version has more flavor but still not enough to say they are good

You'd wake up the next morning doing what I refer to as a "double-whammy" -- when you blow ass and vom at the same time. I notice no difference. Other than which ones are sweeter than others. Need like 1-2 packets of Sweet'N Low while Splenda is "healthier" but you need 3 minimum.
