Eating my lunch soon and was just wondering what other people tend to eat.

For the last two weeks I've been doing meal prep. It's really easy and saves a ton of money over eating out so I wish I started doing it sooner.

I have been having canned soup, occasionally I'll make myself a sandwich. I get takeout once a week and the rest of the time I just snack.

I'm omad so generally nothing.

I'm fortunate enough where my work has a great cafeteria on site so usually that. Last year, it was mostly frozen stuff or leftovers when working from home.

I work remotely. I cook frozen salmon fillets, heat up rice and throw some spinach on the side.

Back when I worked in-office, I usually meal prepped homemade turkey patties and ate it as a hamburger/sandwich.

Something else homemade. Yesterday I had shrimp with onions, veggie soup, and tofu.

I have absolutely no standard routine, but it's usually some combination of random things made/grabbed from home.

It depends on the situation, but my preference is a salad. Just lettuce, carrots, croutons, shredded cheese, and a basic homemade vinaigrette. If I'm going into the office I usually make something else though, or eat out.

we usually make largish meals on sunday and monday night, and that usually gets us thru until at least wednesday for lunches

then we usually just to sandwiches for the end of the week

Since I've been working from home, if I do have lunch it is either a bowl of cereal or a sandwich.

I've been making turkey & swiss on rye sandwiches a lot over the last year. Not so much recently, as I've tended towards eating a bigger breakfast, skipping lunch, and having an early dinner, but when I do have lunch that's usually it.
