That has less to do with capitalism, and more to do with undermining governments. Fiat currency is how governments control their population. Capitalism exists independently of that, and you can have capitalism without a government -- although it'd just be harder to regulate contracts. If a revolution ever does occur, it would be possible to use this tech to easily distribute things like UBI.
