From what I've seen, the cutoff date has normally been the 21st and the payout date has been the 25th. I normally see the payment the morning of the 26th or the next business day, so I think I'll see the money on monday this month. There was one month where they were like 3 days behind, but other than that, the 25th has been the normal announced date.
