Honestly, the death penalty isn't even severe enough for what this depraved murderer did. Beating the victim, then stomping on them, and then leaving them to die like that is just... Monstrous.

Did the victim actively catfish the murderer? There had to be some transparency between their interactions. Nobody deserves to be murdered, regardless of any deception that may or may not have taken place.

Either way, his actions were grossly unjustified and now he gets to rot in a prison cell instead of enjoying any chance at a sports career or for that matter freedom.

The murderer's lawyer is trying to make it seem like the killer was tricked. So I'm going out on a limb here and guessing, no, there was no such thing, the killer just wants to get away with this even though it shows he's emotionally unstable and a murderously powerful person at that.

Reading the above it sounds like the guy matches with a woman on Tinder. Goes to her apartment, gets oral sex and is happy.
So happy, he goes back for more sex. Likely discovers the woman has a penis, loses his shit and beats the woman and stomps on her. Leaves her gurlging and doesn't call ambulance or cops. So she died, alone, bleeding internally, gasping for breath as her lungs collapse and she drowns in her own blood.

That's murder and he should be put to death the sick fucker.

Yes, he shouldnt have beat the shit out of the guy for cat fishing him. Yes, he should get some kind of punishment for the assault. Getting that out of the way before you fucks believe Im defending the kid.

However, if you cant understand why it may be jarring for a kid to find out the girl hes talking to is actually an older man, then youre the weird one. And it just gets worse when the catfisher has a history in the town of either drugging women/men (seen other posts about him slipping roofies in drinks at the bar he works at) or cat fishing other men.

Again, I dont think what the kid did was right in anyway, shape, or form. He deserves a punishment. But the victim was a local POS and you wont see me tear up because a POS got what was coming to him.
