Extreme boss is 100% a bitch to deal with. But I can at least clear up to it easily, so making more than the previous dungeon. Tried following a few guides, but still came nowhere near close. Pudding's timings didn't match up for me either, but guess will try again tomorrow.

I cleared the stages before the boss pretty easily, but didn't even leave a dent in the boss before it insta-wiped my team. Apparently the insta-wipe is guaranteed, so healer-stalling this boss isn't possible and we won't be able to beat this boss for along time.

From the guides I've seen, it is doable in 3 or 4 goes, but does seem to often rely on having Makoto or someone with defence break for support, and with clan battle most of us seem to have her there. Probably possible with enough units built up to go several teams though.

I burned through 4 or five teams to lower the boss's HP below 50%, then was able to use the solo Miyako strat to finish the boss off, it just took a large number of rounds since Miyako was only doing about 30k damage each round.

All the guides Ive seen have multiple teams with 5* Makoto and then from 50% onward you do multiple attempts of just using 5* rank 10-3 Miyako to wear it down. They suggest that Makoto needs to be 5* and Miyako absolutely requires 5* rank 10-3 or she will die.

I don't think we have anyone in our clan who has a 5* Makoto at this point, so that strategy is out the window. I'm just not going to bother with it until I gain a lot more levels.

I couldn't get the boss to 50%, but I'm working on getting Miyako to 10-3.

Btw, Imma need the boss of clan battle dead asap so I can buy 5 more Makoto shards :v

My Miyako is 5 star and 10-3 fully refined, so I've put her on dungeon support for people that can get the boss down to 50% but don't have a Miyako that strong (or that used their Miyako in an earlier team).

Though I'm kind of more of a whale than most of the people in-clan, so it might not actually be that helpful for a while.

Good idea, I also put mine though she is missing the spear. Hope to get it by tomorrow.

Also feel free to use my Saren in CB if you have Makoto and Jun so Makoto can bust UBs non-stop.

Why does my fleet with FdG, Akashi, New Jersey, Mainz, Helena META, and Prinz Heinrich have 6 ammo instead of 5? I've checked their skills and no one has anything that says something about extra ammo or anything. Not that it's a bad thing or anything, I'm just curious...

Akashi gives you +1 ammo on your team.

Specifically, it's a bonus from Akashi's second limit break. So you'll find it on the Limit Break screen, not in the character skills.

I swear Ryuuhou is that one ship I'm destined to never get. Over 100 builds first time this event happened bankrupting me, and almost matching that already on day 1 of the rerun. Debating how far under 200 cubes I'm willing to go.

Is it just me, or is stamina an issue in Alchemy Stars? I love the game (except when RNGesus fucks up the board and makes things literally impossible) but with the slow recharge rate and high cost per stage, I can't play it very long :<

Will it get better? Will the prism place in the colossus eventually recharge at a rate faster than a crippled snail?

Yeah, it's pretty blah, but most of those aren't surprises. Akino pre-6* is already terrible and Ilya is already high-maintenance.

On the flipside, this means you don't have to farm like a madman everytime an update drops for all your characters.

Holy crap that little 3 star goat girl in Alchemy Stars is super useful. Being able to switch any two tiles on the map with just a 2 turn cooldown comes in handy :3

She hits like a tank. This is a difficult assessment because AI units are garbage so the best unit is always "the one you're playing" but Mayreel has a unique interaction with Bari that makes her the best by a long shot

Sweet zombie Jesus, how in the fuck do you beat 5-7 in Alchemy Stars, let alone 3 star it? Thats the boss fight against Schummer. The recommended level is ascended level 20, and my lowest is 32, but I couldnt get her past 30% life left before dying :<

Yeah that boss is pretty difficult. I'm afraid she has an even harder fight later tho very different format from that fight. So 3*ing hard stages pretty much come down to timing your lead swaps well and being aware how you can heal, which is generally 5 tiles. When you go below 50%, swap to your healer and start matching 5s. Also you can check the boss range by click amd holding them.

Also yes stam is a big problem, but I tend to do the non-stam required content during the downtime.

Also in Tenka, I have a team of all lvl 60s now, and I managed to get the puzzle 50 stam one 3*'d too. Was so much easier when your whole team can tank at least one ult from the asshole countering girls

Nothing much else in other games. On like a 70 pull drought on Alch Stars lol

Also I have some Azur Lane questions...When I buy Action Points in the port, are they immediately applied, or is there some menu that I can use them from? I would check myself, but I bought them all without thinking and have to wait for them to restock lol. Same question about stuff like the emergency repairs that restore HP for your ship(s).

They are in the menu called Storage accessed from inside any map, even a port map. You can use your heals or AP refills anytime you're not in battle. Also note you may have some vials (can't remember their name) that will increase one of the three OpSi stats permanently until the next reset. Those are also found in storage and are always worth purchasing in the shops unless you're a hard-core OpSi player who has 250+ in all three already. I don't remember at what level they stop being effective but I think it was near there.

The problem is that when I'm in account settings, there's no "enter coupon code" button :<

There's copy for Nickname and User Number, Logout, Inquiry, Notice/Help, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and a bunch of On/Off toggles for notifications, but no coupon code :(

Since you're using a water team, Philishy is absolutely the best healer. She's also usable in other elements because her skills don't have much to do with water specifically, and she can teleport anywhere on the map at fairly low cd for the payoff. She's... Err... 1 dollar lol. If you want.

Also the old seal is unlocked once you beat ch 7. The requirements are excruciating, and it is time gated (requires 10 days of login and unlocks other reqs that'll take a few days that don't get counted b4 the 10 days). But they do come at max awoken and stuff I believe. One task is to beat spire lvl 30 of that element. Well... I made the foolish mistake of trying to do it with a hilariously underleveled team... But I did it.... Oh god thank god its stamless...


I think the req was like Ascend 2 lvl 30 by the 30th floor so... Yeah lol 2 of the units are barely ascend 1 lvl 1. Oh god this was just pure pure pain. Still on a long gacha drought too

Charon is considered one of the best units in the game atm. I wouldn't hesitate to say he's the best atm but only because some units haven't reached their true potential yet. That'll come with time and the right type of content or supportive units.

I think people atm have a pretty bad idea of which units are good. You can math out what makes a unit really good, like how easy it is to proc their chain or how well they work with other units. But I frequently just see tier lists that are purely based on dps in a game with a team that generally has like 1-2 dps and rest utility lol.

Basically just logic it out and click on ascension to see what their stats end up looking like vs their damage mods. It's a lot of work but when you get stuck, it's ultimately the best way to not waste time

Was finally able to clear the extreme dungeon in Priconnect. Just not the patience to go through doing it every day until much stronger though I think.

And big yay for us getting to the 2nd round of Clan Battle for our first time!
