I wouldn't hesitate to say he's the best atm but only because some units haven't reached their true potential yet. That'll come with time and the right type of content or supportive units. I think people atm have a pretty bad idea of which units are good. You can math out what makes a unit really good, like how easy it is to proc their chain or how well they work with other units. But I frequently just see tier lists that are purely based on dps in a game with a team that generally has like 1-2 dps and rest utility lol. Basically just logic it out and click on ascension to see what their stats end up looking like vs their damage mods.
