Prob pretty good. Honestly difficult to have enough resources to raise everybody as you go anyways, so having 3 main units you're pumping your resources into and the rest just being units that you need is not so bad. Ms. Blanc is so damn good cuz she makes Vice's ability do so much more damage, so it's possible you won't find somebody that fits just as well. Pretty similar to how I got my team set up too, and it's been working for me. Being in an elemental disadvantage pretty noticeably suck.

Also after having played the story, I'm a Carleen simp now. Her garter belt is amazing and she's pretty cool. Haven't pulled a 6* in about 50 rolls tho >.>

Would you guys consider "azur lane sanctuary gross weebs keep out" a reliable source for gear advice? Like I'm looking to better equip Akagi and Kaga so I'm trying to find which planes they should have, and I'm considering the SB2C Helldiver for the Bomber slot. This is what it says:

Often considered the "best" dive bomber in the game.
Carries a ridiculous 2000lb bomb and two very adequate 500lb bombs(FYI, bomb damage increase is diminishing after 500lb. This is why fighters are considered good if they could carry the 500lb bombs).
Bomb diversity makes this bomber more adaptable to more enemy armor types, though the effect might be minor.
Although the purple SB2C is not the only carrier of the T3 2000lb bomb, it is currently the only one that carries it AND can be enhanced to +10(the other one that uses this bomb is blue locked at +6).
This turned out to be a purple plane that is stronger than gold, which might not be intuitive for new players.

Is this good and trustworthy advice or should I look for a second opinion?

First off, I've never heard of this site, so I'm not sure how reputable they are overall. The advice about the SB2C is fairly common knowledge across most AL fan sites though.

It does seem to be a bit outdated though. Aside from only mentioning +10 when gear can go to +13, the introduction of the Gear Lab added an upgrade to the SBC2 in the XSBC2. The XSBC2 is a gold plane with the same loadout as the SBC2, and is therefore strictly better since it has more AVI and can be upgraded to +13 instead of +11. SBC2 is still the second best bomber in the game though. The only times you should not be using it are if you have an XSBC2 to equip instead, or you need to adjust airstrike timing and need a faster dive bomber.

For quick reference on gear though, I just use the EN tier list (https://slaimuda.github.io/ectl/#/home). If you click on a ship's portrait, they have a ranking of the gear to use for them. I wouldn't say it's the best resource for gearing analysis, but it's decent enough if you just want a quick reference.

Some Alchemy Stars guide. I think the useful 3-4* guide thing is pretty good. Seems Ms. Blanc on a water team is pretty difficult to replace. She's seemingly the most consistent orb changer on blue. From using a lot of other elements, yeah a guarantee 4 blue around you is really damn good. Also used Lightning subs and yeah Nadine and Tessa are very very useful. I haven't tried Brock, but supposedly he massively speeds up farming lul

But it seems 3-4*s don't get a secondary element. Have to wonder how much of a detriment that is.

Seems the guide is implying most 5-6*s are good tho. From experience, the skills that say like do damage til the end of stage in the 4 cardinal directions and change all those panels into one element kind of skills are really good, despite being like 4-5 cd. I think every element have at least 1 unit that does that. 6*s seem to have a bit more individuality when it comes to actives though, but 5*s seem to be similar, probably so no element is skewed in terms of balance

Also green type lol. Kinda getting crowded in that element for me. Also in that 10 pull, I pulled 2 other 5*s, one a cute fire girl. It gave me 2 achievements, for pulling 3 5* or higher. Requirement says 3 5*s, but seems 6*s count too so it's really 5* or higher.

I heard there's an achievement for pulling 10 5*s or higher in a single 10 pull lmfao. Yeah... that's definitely happening

Summer Kyaru returns to JP Priconne.

Aside from instantly getting School Fes Chieru a while back, Ive been on a pretty bad silver streak.

Summer Saren and Suzuka were rerunning earlier, and I got two rainbow dupes, then a good 40-long streak of silver.

Meanwhile, first roll on Kyaru was the expected 9 silver/1 gold bullshit. Second roll had loading though, and introduced herself with "anta", so I knew it wasn't a spook.

While I'm at it, I may as well chronicle my luck in the past month or so. It's been on a steady decline for a while, but I think it's finally starting to bounce back.

-Genshin: Won my 50/50 with Klee (second time ever that I've won 50/50), though I had to go all the way to soft pity. Got a Skyward Atlus on standard soft pity. Also getting a 5* early-ish (~25 rolls) on standard, but it was just a damn Aquila dupe.

-FKG: Had to whale on the Walkure Romanze collab just to get the 5*, which pissed me off to no end (legit think I got like 15 spooks in those two weeks). Thankfully I made up for it by getting June Bride Lavender in 20 rolls (got spooked by a dupe Nipplewort at first).



-MGCM: UR tickets paid off quite well, with Leviathan Iko and... Rayearth? Akisa. Akisa looks like a lewd Megumin, so while I'd like to post her, I shouldn't. Kokoa also got her Xenos form, and while I got spooked twice by non-rateup URs, I got her on the second roll. Side note, this dress has one of Kokoa's rare non-vanilla scenes.



-FGO: Got my first Jeanne on LB4 part 1's gacha, who was much more preferable to the fatass. Got Arjuna Alter in 4-ish singles while aiming for Asclepius, because desire sensor, of course. Got Tesla on my birthday. It's been a weird ride.

-Eiyuu Senki: Utter garbage for the past month or two. We had 2.5 weeks of free rolls, and I managed to get jack shit that entire time. Needless to say, my motivation in that game has been shot to hell as of late.

-Mahjong: No luck, AND I've been deranking hard. I did manage to win an extremely rare yaku the other day (ryanpeiko, which is basically Seven Pairs but six of the seven pairs must be in sequence like 1-1-2-2-3-3 and 4-4-5-5-6-6), but went right back to continuing my loss streak today.

-TKFM: No luck on Summer Nana. Halfway to pity on both banners atm.

In Tenka, I managed to win the lvl 60 part-time dungeon. But... a person died at literally the last attacking enemy. so sadly I can't auto it. I worked out the probabilities based on my current line-up.

So first turn, I have 36% chance of surviving with everybody alive, because if Sable or the Samurai girl asshole attacks my Lulu or Aiko, they're dead. Everybody else in my team can survive. After that, I can KO Sable, so I have 60% chance to survive the 2nd turn, which comes out to 21% to survive overall. Then I defend with S.Lulu and Salucia and attack Iris, and that's also a 60% chance to survive because Lulu and Aiko generally needs to heal and can't survive the Samurai girl's ult and Iris' attack simultaneously. That comes out to ~13%, because after this, I start to have actives and I can get to the last floor guaranteed. There is no scenario where I can lose somebody because I can burst the threats and merely defend on the healer to charge up all my skills before the next floors.

Then at the very very end, I have Shiraka left alive with Kaede, who isn't a threat, who uses an ult before I can kill her... which has 60% chance to kill somebody. Overall, I have 5% to 3* this lololol. I can obviously beef my team up but the resource dungeons are super stam cost heavy... and I'm falling behind on the summer item progression to begin with

Welp, a single upgrade pushed Lulu to be able to survive the first turn hit from Sable... I dunno how much that bumps my probability. I thiiiink that's .05/.6 * .8 which is 7%

Meanwhile... it finally happened. The 3~8% run... So I stopped fixing my calcs cuz... I kept running into something unexpected. Like I kept changing around the way I approached 2nd and 3rd floor, like to the point of taking into account S.Lulu's 4th turn enemy debuff, which I started to time right b4 going to the 3rd floor so I can take out Shiraka immediately without wasting Salucia's ult. Basically I did so many runs that I maximized it, but it still probably only came up to about 5-6% chance of success

Anyways, I finally got 3* on it oh god... finally I can auto in peace

Ok I don't even know what's going on, but pulled another 6* in Alchemy Stars, this time a water girl named Connolly. She's followed by giant oboes with... eh? Ghost tentacles?

But lol her kit is literally just damage. The end. Literally nothing else, though her equipment might give her some other thingies. I imagine that means she's pretty powerful, since she's a 6*.

Yeah I can't even build all these folks. I'm pretty sure I'm pretty far above the expected returns. I think around a 100 rolls or 110 or so total, and I got 5 6*s

It levels up to 30 (I don't entirely remember but I think you only need gold to upgrade), then you need an inscription. It's easier honestly, but I've been kiiinda skimping out on the inscriptions so it's stuck on lvl 30 lmao, but pretty good stats and worth the sacrifices imo

Hmmm maybe you got it equipped? I'd double check if it's being used for anything, or just unlock what you want to sacrifice from the inventory screen. I vaguely remember running into a similar problem but I just had to unequip I think.

Also, in Alchemy Stars, I thought I'd try a full 6* team for funsies and... oh boy... it almost feels like I've opened some kind of a forbidden fruit or something because this team is scarily good. My elements are fire(lead)/water/water/grass/grass too, which makes it so water and grass tiles let 3 ppl do damage, and I still have the option of lead changing for my fire lead to be a sub. Of course electric tiles are duds, but it ends up working out because they can be fodder for aurora time.

It's a bit of a shame cuz I quite like my water team that I worked on for the last 2 days, but... also all the 6*s are waifus... argh I dunno

Maybe you can ask on reddit. I'm honestly not 100% sure. If you unlock it, it should absolutely show up as an option. You can always just buy an SSR boots from the shop though. Should cost 200 of those rare spirit looking things, but if you do exploration everyday, it only takes like 5 explorations with the extra benefits

One thing for Alchemy Stars, if you beat Ch 8, which is the furthest content in the main story so far, you unlock some side quests to get really powerful 6*s for free. There's one per element, and they all seem to use the same token or status or whatever, and you can get all of them, just that you have to do them one by one.

Seems it's semi-recommended to go for them asap, because some of the events are time-gated, and your current actions won't count towards the quests. But I've also heard there's no real benefit to getting them asap.

Probably for people who want to fill up their team, and this will probably be the primer units

Try to like forge it, and there's a way to unlock. I'm not sure if clicking the little lock will do it on every UI, which is annoying. When you're sacrificing a dupe for an upgrade, it lets you unlock on that screen, too. But on the inventory, I don't think you can. Gotta click forge then unlock, I'm pretty sure

I haven't talked about it much since I started playing it, but D4DJ is really fun. I haven't put this much time into a rhythm game since Guitar Hero 3.

My end goal for this game is to clear every song on Expert and full combo every song on Hard, since I think trying to full combo every song on Expert is far beyond my skill ceiling. So far, I've full comboed every song on Easy/Normal and every song up to difficulty 10 on Hard. It's funny how some songs are so much harder than others overall that their difficulty rating on one level is higher than some other songs on the next level. Touhou songs in particular are a bitch... Love-Colored Master Spark is a difficulty 10 on Normal, which is higher than like half of the songs in the game on Hard and the same as the lowest one on Expert. It's a 13+ on Hard and a 15 on Expert, which absolutely terrifies me.

Anyone else here playing D4DJ? Or any past BanG Dream players who can also share my pain from playing a similar rhythm game?

Decided to do one ten pull on Mountain's banner in Arknights and luck was with me and got him. And damn is he good. Makes me wish Indra was as good, as adore her aesthetic.

Also got some 1* called Skadi? Interesting. Actually found her alright so far at E1 despite her reputation of being the worst 6* do wonder if I'd actually use her over all the others though, and never got her skin so even bigger loss :(

GOD I hate how RNGesus can be the biggest deciding factor in Alchemy Stars. That stage with Philex and Vani was pissing me off so much because I could never beat it with 6 turns remaining, and then finally I get a good start and win in 2 turns <_<

Boss is lv120. I barely left a dent.

The main issue with the boss is that when there are around 10s left he does a lightning AOE that's supposed to wipe your team to prevent zombie cheese like you could do with the VH dungeon boss, forcing you to use multiple teams.

OTOH, once you get the boss down to 50% health, Miyako can solo the boss due to ghost form lining up with the lightning on full auto, it'll just take forever to finish. It requires a 10-3 Miyako though, and I'm not sure if there's a star requirement or not.
