Israeli police literally threw stun grenades into one of the holiest Islamic sites before any Palestinian missiles were launched. Israeli missiles killed at least 20 people, 9 of them children. You both can shut the fuck up.

Hamas has nothing to gain by breaking the ceasefire. They know Israel has a retaliation directive when it comes to geting rockets fired upon. They did the same thing to hezbollah in Lebanon.

They should stop with the rocket attacks and put the Palestinian people's lives in more regard. Israel is not going to stop bombing if they're poked.

Israel has been involved in wars/incursions since the very birth of their country. The retaliatory strikes are not just a message to Hamas but to the bordering nations that still harbor ill feelings towards them and even Iran.

If Israel sat by and did nothing maybe Egypt or Lebanon feel that they've gone soft and may challenge them

Israel is making a statement that they're not going to be pushed around.

It's really frustrating how people just straight up associate Palestinians with Hamas. Most of them don't even live in Gaza and it's not like the civillians that do have a say in how things are run. Hamas launching an attack doesn't make all Palestinians responsible for it. I mean look at the size of Gaza sometime compared to the rest of Palestine and realize that's the extent of Hamas control and again the civillians there do not have a say in where or when rockets will be launched.
