Pretty much any turn based RPG that I enjoyed fits this for me, especially if it has random encounters. Just too much time spent in boring, slow battles in between the good stuff. It's hard enough to get through them the first time but at least you have the surprise of seeing what the game will throw at you to look forward to

horace. it's a 2.5d platformer that's 12gb and takes 30 hours to finish. after the credits rolled I hit uninstall. the storytelling was high quality but I find it unthinkable to replay such a huge game.

If I get all of the achievements in a game in one playthrough there's a higher chance I won't play it again.

Just did that with Narita Boy. Awesome game, but I doubt I'll ever play it again.

Second Sight. I played it on Gamecube. Although now that I look, it's cheap on PS2. I should really snag a copy.

One of my favorite games, I don't think I ever revisited it when it was on gamecube so I'm in the same boat.

If you mean, play a game I finished years ago (or more), because of nostalgia, I almost never do that.

I'm super tired of these Nintendo remasters where they barely added anything, and haven't bought them in years.

Spiderman for the ps4, it was a good game but it was story focused but the story wasn't really anything special.

I think those are the games you end up not replaying. A solid game that is more story based, but the story isn't something special, it's just good. Don't get me wrong, the mechanical aspects and gameplay of spiderman is great but it doesn't inspire me to replay the entire game.

I'm gonna agree with most turn-based RPGs, especially the 100+ hour ones like Persona 5 and Dragon Quest XI. I can always replay the Mario RPGs any amount of times, though.

Pretty much the vast majority of them. I have a good memory (primarily play for story), and a lot of interests, so I don't dedicate a lot of time to replaying games. Maybe when I'm older I'll go back to experience some of my favorites.

Most games, even when there's lots of replay-ability I can memorize all games almost in it's entirety from one playthrough alone, so there's really no surprises or intrigue for me. Rogue-Lites and co-op games like L4D are kind of an exception.

Rarely there are games I enjoy enough to play multiple times, this includes RE4 & 5, Dark Souls 1 and Fallout NV.

Most games, but I generally save them all the same. I'm less likely to replay a lot of RPGs, unless they're open-world with character creation.

Considering I recently tried and failed to get back into Custom Robo Arena (doing a full replay), I'm going to probably say that. Some lightgun games might also make the list due to logistical issues where I can't replay them, and then obviously arcade games that didn't get a home port.... and then the limited time ports. I guess X-Men: The Arcade Game might get another go, but others like Captain America and the Avengers and other Marvel-Capcom partnerships might not.

Persona 5 is all that comes to mind. A great game but was kinda burning out during the last palace and ive already used Youtube to see the bulk of the romance stuff and random hangouts that i missed.

Besides that i see myself replaying every game i consider great at some point.

The Witcher (1, but presumably also 2 and 3 whenever I get around to playing them) comes to mind. They just did such a good job of letting me craft the story that I feel like I'd be disrupting the established canon by replaying it and making changes. Kind of silly, but it's enough to tank my motivation to go back to it.

This is a tough one. I typically replay those games. I'm trying to find the right 120 hours for another run of Persona 3, and that'll be something like the sixth time I've played it.

I'm sure there are some, but I'm drawing a blank.
