Do you believe mail-in voting is generally secure?

Nothing is 100% totally secure
Is it just nitpicking to point out that "generally" already implies "not totally" and this option is a non-answer?

I am honestly surprised that online voting isn't a thing, never mind that it probably should have been the norm by now. I mean, you file your taxes, renew your license, and apply for just about every government program under the sun online, yet for some reason the most important thing to any government functionality still has to be done in person or by mail.

Then again, the government is always about 20 years behind technologically from the private sector so I really shouldn't be at all surprised.

It's TC's gimmick. Most of his polls have improper options that don't answer/aren't directly related to the question he's asking.

No more or less than in-person voting. Though I agree that voter fraud exists and that is is a problem, I disagree with how Trump would refer to it as "massive" or "rampant."

People don't trust voting results now, we'd be pretty much fucked in a world where most votes were tabulated via online means. Pretty much everyone would just assume the results were hacked and the numbers were manipulated.

We'd basically have to come up with encryption and distribution systems that were pretty much 99.99999% hack-proof before most people would feel comfortable with the idea. Certainly more secure than what we have now, where everyone is aware that periodic data breaches happen all the time.

I forget, is TC one of the ones who spread lies about 2020 election fraud?
