Yes. I love how, in comparison to Homer and Peter, he's the straight man in a family of eccentrics, and the victim of everyone else's antics. HJB's signature deadpan delivery is perfect for this role. Plus he's just an inarguably great guy, again, unlike Homer or especially Peter.
