Robinhood + Covid lockdowns really ramped things up to 11 here. Like if you issue 10 million new shares with price $2.50 into a pool of 100 million shares with price of $3 the overall price doesn't move all that much. And offerings are generally close to stock value (and the market tends to course correct to the offering price at that) --- No problem!
