I just think it's hilarious he's talking to actual other business people like his big Vince McMahon persona when a normal business person is like "ok weirdo back off". So Tay Conti has improved so freaking much in AEW.

Is the Performance Center just completely worthless at actually training new or novice wrestlers? What the hell. It's like anyone who wants to be a wrestler is actively held back from their potential by training there.

Shes training under Dustin Rhodes so I guess hes just a lot better at it.

Hes got her studying New Japan instead of studying the WWE Womens style so that helps

They have two legit success stories with novice wrestlers: Charlotte Flair, who certainly absorbed a lot of great wrestling her whole life, and Bianca BelAir, a top level athlete

WWE doesn't want the Performance Center to train wrestlers. They want Superstars. Entertainers. That's what they're putting out.

At some point, people have just gotta start believing Vince when he says that he doesn't run a pro wrestling company.

You can even point to Anna Jay who has gotten so much better since she started. She still has a lot of work to do, but she'd be worse like 3 years later in the PC.

It's just baffling to me too because they have so many good wrestlers in NXT but I guess they're just not able to impart with them a lot of knowledge?

Also, I attribute Charlotte's success moreso to Natalya than anyone else. If Charlotte didn't specifically work with Natalya so closely when she was getting her big break in NXT, I don't think she'd be where she is. Hell, Natalya is the reason even Ronda Rousey is probably as good as she was.

I feel like Sara Del Ray may not be quite the trainer we were all led to believe.
