Ate you guys going to use your forma souls?

Since you can't use them for skill inheritance or use them for merge sources, that means you basically can't get rid of them once you get? And I don't want two of the same unit in my barracks. So I guess if I do use, it's going to be on a unit I never would actually pull for.

I'm probably using mine on Est, just for the Knickerbocker team.

You can merge other units into your forma unit. I have a +10 Minerva that might be worth using it to grab skills for. But, I will mostly likely hold onto it

what if i get a forma unit and then later get a regular version of a character i like. i would either have to merge that into the forma or have two of them in my barracks. the horror.

so around when i first started playing i ended up buying the orb pack which came with a forma soul. obviously didn't know what i was doing but i used it on the HoF at the time. check out this sick unit i ended up with:

kinda wild we get essentially a random enemy boss rather than one of the more notable antagonists

could have been an easy way to put in Lombard and get a unit with a PRF axe, especially with Lex already in the banner

Wasn't the last new heroes banner FE5? Why wouldn't they want to split up the Japan-exclusive banners instead of having them back to back? Weird. Can't complain though, happy to save up my orbs for the A Hero Rises banner after the VG.

Also, even if I did care about these people, I would be tempted to boycott this anyway for the new round of Duel skill BS. Guess it's confirmed that they'll be adding tier 5 skills in a year and a half when 180 bst is useless.

How is Valter the ONLY grail lance flier with a PRF, and he came out ages ago??? They could have at least given Dithorba a unique inheritable lance. IS hates 3-4* lance fliers and infantry red mages for no good reason. They are also adamant about making Aerobatics hard to obtain since this is the third time FF is available at 4*

Yeah it's annoying. Valter was back when they somewhat cared about GHB units(Especially since +10ing them wasn't possible...) It seems like ever since grails were introduced they're like "Let's give one, maybe two grails a prf a year". At least she has an Oath skill, instead of another fucking wave.

And yeah, Flier Formation is a meme. "Let's give players a skill that helps them in Flier Emblem. But also let's give fliers absolutely nothing relevant outside of 5*s".

(That said, the moment Florina gets a resplendent... instant +10)

Is Nephenee the first old unit to rerun on a DSH banner? Tibarn, Lyn, and Xane should be next up. It would be perfect if Tibarn and Lyn can share then, but I'm not counting on it.

Nephenee is the first unit to show up on a Double Special Hero Banner twice. Older Special Heroes have shown up on the banners before but they were slightly older than Nephenee so they never got a first run on a DSH banner.

Donnel is someone I've always wanted to merge up, but there were always other more pressing priorities. I was starting to have doubts if I would ever get around to it, and I finally did. I had gotten him to +4 in the past few weeks, and today, after accumulating 10k feathers, I got him to +9. If I had all the feathers in the world, I would definitely finish him, but I'm all about efficiency, and that extra point in Spd and Res is irrelevant. With his refine, DB3 and Atk + 3 seal, he hits 69 Atk on initiation, on a f2p unit!! Just goes to show how well Brave weapons have refined. He's great in AA and I still have Drag Back on him, as he can take out annoyances like Sothis and be danced to retreat to safety

Next up is Reindaddy, who I'm finally merging 4+ years later. He's been sitting at +Atk +1 for a very long time and still serves me well in AA. I kept Lancebreaker on him when Effie was a threat and never changed it, and that skill is relevant again because of Bector!

On the topic of feathers, I'm abusing the pass and FB to grind HM for units that are collecting dust. If only we could mass load stamina and go AFK for 30 min

i was looking into FEH pass like two days ago and this might actually be main reason i get it at some point

at first i was just looking for extra orb income but you literally just get 10 extra from the pass a month so that's whatever

but i really need a lot of feathers because the disorganization in my barracks is kind of driving me crazy

Even with FB, the max HM you gain per run is 70, as you get 7 for completing intermediate and advanced maps, so you still have to keep checking back and reloading stamina again for another run. If the units are squishies, they're not even guaranteed to survive

Why are there so many more Book I weekly revival banners than Book II? Are there that many more characters? I kind of recall the Book II banners not featuring everyone twice, like I remember Rhajat only showing up once

That is probably because the color balance was more lopsided with Book I. Some units got a rerun because the revival banners don't have units color sharing.

Speaking of Rhajat, she's definitely someone I underestimated. At +Atk +1, she can already wreak some serious havoc and made the Valentine's CC maps quite a breeze. Arena seems like it's more cancerous than ever, so there's no shame in piling on the cheese. I'm pretty close to making Kempf combat ready as I also underestimated him, and I'm also on the edge on giving BLyn Firesweep Bow with double Poison Strike. I've been HM grinding Faye in anticipation of foddering her at any moment. There's just too much BEdel, Bector, LLeif, LChrom, LCorrin, and LDimitri running about

Rhajat seems like a nice pick for Pawns of Loki as well.

I haven't really updated my arena core in ages. A Duo Ephraim, Fae, and Tharja core still maintains tier 19.5 for me so I haven't been motivated to change anything.

First time in forever I won't have a 5* arena bonus. It'll be my coasting week. I'll just use weaponless Sharena with Reciprocal Aid on my defense team. Dithurba scores a little better, but messes up Tactics formation

Three Heroes quests continues to be dull. Who needs another copy of the launch dragons(Adult Tiki, Nowi, Fae) in 2021? Give us something more exciting than that.

Divine Codes (Part 2)

That's right, new paths. Mjolnir's Strike and other game modes that give out Divine Code will be giving part 2 codes out after the update. (Though it seems like Resonate Battle will switch the week AFTER the update)

You'll still be able to use the Part 1 codes after the update it seems. You'll additionally also be able to use Part 2 codes to buy older manuals if you don't have enough Part 1 codes.

TT+ Update

Target Score.... Upon reaching the score for the fire time you'll get a bonus to your Cumulative Score. This... makes finishing TT+ quicker I suppose?

AR Update.

Tier 39 is being added.
Vault of Heroes gets a fancy background.
Healing Tower increase to level 8.

FRIEND LIST LIMIT INCREASE!

Fucking finally!

We'll now be able to have 150 friends.

I believe this is our first grail unit we've gotten for limited codes.

Seasonals are finally getting refines. This opens up the gates for so many units.
And indeed, it looks like Lyon getting a refine was indeed teased from earlier.

Mjolnir's Strike

Shield Phase will be active for 2 days. A good change imo, since it was very easy for people to forget about it. Especially since the game never "Reminded you later". Seriously, I've logged back into the game with less than 10 minutes to go, the game didn't seem to think I needed a second pop up. >_>

Also Summoner Aflame up to level 4.

Veld and Kris available in the grail shop.

That's about it. Pretty nice update I'd say.

They teased Lyon's refine? I'm really looking forward to it along with Ishtar's. Been waiting a long time for them. They skipped NY!Corrin and seem to like to do refines based on origin. I can't think of who else besides Ophelia from Fates is lacking a refine

L'Arachel's refine will probably be just as underwhelming as Gleipnir's :(

I have H!Nowi, but she'll probably still be better with Bladetome. Ancient seasonals can't compete unless they're highly merged and you shell out for their skills
