Christmas units are coming soon, and I'm sure they'll come with lovely new powercreep. There's a New Years banner on the horizon as well. This alongside with the upcoming Legendary banner means we have a lot of summoning incentives heading our way. Especially if the skill banners in between have amazing units on them as well.

You can purchase resplendents you missed, you just need to be currently subscribed to the Feh pass to get them.

honestly i thought the list would be longer but after careful consideration it's really just Lucius and Tanith with Reyson and Shamir in a different tier below them, depending on other factors.

so yeah i think it's pretty unlikely any of them get Resplendents or anything of the like that pushes me into spending. i guess that's one upside to not loving any of the SUPER popular characters.

i have spent money before though. first was when Bridal Tanith banner was up around when i first started playing and another time when i just decided to summon on a whim and then regretted it but i was up to like 5% rate with still no 5* and just said fuck it. maybe another time as well lol since i've been prone to impulsive purchases in the past

I'm rather fond of Lucius myself, it would be nice if he got an alt or something.

Speaking of Reyson though... man Oliver's refine. Meme as fuck, but I appreciate the sheer dedication they put into it.

Is aether used on range units a lot?

For some reason I was under the impression that you could not fodder the units you got from the story like Fjorn and Eir until I found out today.

Do you guys care about the FEH story? I was fine with Book 1 & 2 but it was more like tolerating it and giving it a chance rather than enjoying it. The story stuff just got so much longer though and I don't really care anymore so I just skip it now. I kind of hate this book 5 girl? She looks like an overgrown baby in a metal diaper. And the mech is just uhhhhh

It's just dumb she attacks with her mech, yet we can't do that in the actual gameplay

Aether is mostly used for scoring unless it's base kit or the unit has a way to lower/accelerate cooldowns.

It's only the Askr units you can't fodder off, you can fodder off your freebie Legendary/Mythic(Though it's not recommended)

I care about the story in the sense that I want them to focus more on developing it, rather than only have X-1 and X-5 have any story discussion in any chapter. I don't have high expectations though, because let's be real.

wow i was all psyched to finally give my extra Shamir to Tanith for Atk/Spd Solo 4 + Null Follow-Up/Rouse Atk/Spd 3 but i didn't see that fliers can't inherit fffffffff

now it seems like such a waste to feed her for literally just Atk/Spd Solo 4 since my Tanith alaready has Atk/Spd Solo 3

Yeah, fliers have a lot of restrictions. In terms of Solo 4 + other skill, Freyja can give Tanith Pulse Smoke but.... I'm sure you know the pain of pulling for a specific mythic at this point.

Fallen Male Corrin also has that solo 4 skill, and while it would be a waste of NFU, his Rouse is more expendable(It's the same as Ferdinand's).

But ultimately it's 1/1 difference so *shrug*

hahahahaha i didn't really understand when i first read guides about her because it was right when i started playing but i am now realizing what it means that Tanith is a 5* exclusive seasonal unit with no standout skills and flier skill inheritance restrictions

i guess i could feed the extra Shamir to Lucius then...but having Solo skills on a healer doesn't seem very efficient?

i guess i just let the copy sit in my Barracks then -_-

nightmare scenario: Base Tanith or Alt Lucius is released but they have unappealing art. i think i would just quit the game lol

Yeah, seasonals have it rough in general.

Solo skills can work on offensive healer builds. Otherwise I believe Push skills(4 preferably of course) are their usual A skill of choice.

But yeah, if you're not 100% certain you can just let the fodder sit for hte itme being. Especially when we're close to seeing new banner units(And whatever TT unit we get).

I am ambivalent on the story. I am definitely invested in seeing where it goes after the book 4 cliffhanger and that whole plot thread, but there's moments like book 5 where it's like "here's another threat for you to deal with that just showed up out of nowhere but not really"

All New Heroes banners have sparking. The Christmas banner will have sparking, but there is no indication that it will continue for future Special Heroes banners

Hahaha I love that Bernie tome animation. Her actual weapon effect is pretty weird though. The thing that interests me most is actually Odd Recovery but I think my orbs are relatively safe. Unless they psychologically bait me by giving out a bunch of summon tickets.

Didn't expect them to repeat a title for a Harmonized Hero already. Altina-Sanaki doesn't seem that busted since they only gain unconditional Vantage once a map. Sephiran and Bernie look more like winners

Alright so I'm sparking this upcoming banner at least once. I want Bernie of course, but there's also the question of the Harominc unit. I'm trying to decide if getting just one copy is enough to get into T21 for Resonate Battles.... considering this is a sparkable Harominc that a lot of people are likely going to attempt to get.

Of course there's still the Legendary banner in late December, and the NY banner will likely show up with both still around.

Lots of things to consider, with so few orbs(relatively speaking) to do it with.

Def/Res and Mystic Boost are the TT+ seals. Holy Cow, they went all out for this one.

Felix has nothing special in terms of base kit, but we'll see where his stats lies soon enough.

I've had it happen 3 or 4 times since I started playing.

I feel like my luck's been pretty good for the most part honestly. Maybe it's cus almost every 5 is exciting to me still since they're all new to me but I don't recall any particularly bad pitybreakers either besides the one Nina I got that one time.

Fuck I was feeling so good that I stupidly spent all my ribs on another banner with nothing to show for it

Guess I'm grinding the rest of the story missions I haven't done yet

We're getting more free orbs soon with the upcoming TT+, and BHBs. A few on the Christmas paralogues as well.

Didn't know they stuff old non-focus heroes into the TT+ banners. Got a +Atk Elise, which makes my third Elise. She has Gen I stats, so even with +Spd, she still lags behind and I'd have to give her a Solo 3/4 or Push skill to compete. TT+ banners look too dangerous to summon on

I got excited about FDR seal, but it's probably only up to Lv 2, and I lost all interest. Really annoying when they insist on throwing niche seals at us rather than finishing Blow/Strike/Stance/Smoke seals. I'd much rather have Bracing Stance

I'm amazed people were able to predict Lilina, and I actually never noticed the legendaries switch off on gender. I certainly expected Micaiah and Camilla before Lilina, but holy shit, this banner is stacked to high hell

Red: Plumeria and Lilina are great, and Reginn is good fodder in addition to being a great unit
Blue: Another Peony for any potential future Light setups, another Dimitri merge couldn't hurt, and Fighter fodder for Effie
Green: Everything is good
Colorless: Everything is good

My team is pretty low BST. Nino, Lloyd, L!Azura(Unmerged), and whatever bonus. I don't even use Nino's duel skill since it isn't necessary to get to T19.
