If you plan on selling soon, I'd put a stop on it. I'm going to ride it out I think since I really do see a similar run to 230 that it had in June. The huge leap to 200 has me kind of weighing my options

Thanks to Boeing, I can stop meming to my brother that I took $5k and turned it to $4.5k in the stock market and now... I've turned it into $5.2k!

Yeah I think it's worth considering. COVID cases are rising dramatically everywhere - it seems like investors have more confidence maybe because of political results, so everything is going up? But if lockdowns happen things could crash again.

So even if I think Boeing still has lots of room to go up in the future it is likely headed for a downturn again. Selling now and getting back in later could be the play....

It's at 202 now, you wouldn't expect it to go? Edit: oh if it starts dropping to $200 you expect it to trigger. Do stop orders like that last as long as you want it to or do they expire each day? I think my broker expires them each day.

I use E Trade and you can either have it expire at end of day or for the next 60 days. I had mine trigger

Worst case scenario, it goes down 5% for some dumb reason. Best case scenario, it goes up 20%. We both will be fine, but I dont want to lose $2,500.

AMD earnings fucked me because they moved it from AH to the morning and then acquired xilinx, so yeah, nothing is ever certain

Moonroof, this is why I've given up on playing earnings. Companies have amazing earnings, and then the stock goes down! Maybe I've been unlucky with earnings, but it sure feels like this keeps happening over and over.

Bought SDC at $9.70 and sold at $9.72

i bought NIO at 48, sold at 45 (5 shares so like what 12 bucks lost lol)

Honestly I've been watching NIO for a really fucking long time. Like since it sat around 10 bucks. Right now, with Tesla going into the sp500, I'd personally...not touch it. i'd bet on it going down. i believe that NIO is valued more than GM?

nkla at one point was valued more than ford (lol) and i think we know how this turned out. obviously a big difference since NIO actually makes cars.

NIO's cap is far inflated, especially with how much competition there is in EV's. anyway yeah i think the bottom is going to fall off.

EV in general operate off of sentiment and quite frankly even if NIO delivers a great quarterly it might just be cast aside for ELON MUSK SPACESHIPs (which btw may or may not explode but for the short term is going to go +10%)

But SpaceX is not a public company and not listed on the stock market
Unless you mean it's hype affects Tesla as well (it's possible)
