I might pick back up with Hulu to watch it. I know it has been on like for 20 years. But I have never stopped to see it once. I stumbled on to one clip online and I have been watching a ton of them. And normally I hate mean people in shows. I don't find comedy about aholes funny. But life comes down on them so hard all the time. It evens it out. I mean their lives are so bad because they are bad people. And the show doesn't make it seem like they are right to be horrible, they show them for who they are. You wouldn't want these people any where near you in real life.

Being someone with a writing disability, I kind of like Charlie. (lol)

Are there any shows that you pass on , only to find that it was good later on?

Passed on Breaking Bad just because I was pretty narrowminded about television at the time and didn't think a serial about a guy making meth could be that engaging. Boy was I wrong.

I learned years later that this scene came about because Glenn Howerton decided to ad-lib a bunch of nonsense - the original scene just had him discarding Charlie's script. I think there are some bloopers where Charlie Day is losing his shit while Glenn riffs a bunch of jumbled nonsense angrily.

The first episode that really hooked me as a kid was "Mac and Charlie Die", I realised how weird and fucked up it was being and it forged a neural response in my brain that has lasted to this day. My favorite episode is the one where the gang are going to see the Grand Canyon, with the U-Haul trailer and the Soul Asylum tape. Every part of that episode is fucking gold.

If you like Always Sunny you might also like The League. That one I was also hesitant to start because I don't know anything about football but the way it's written, you really don't need to know anything about it.

They took some really funny episodes off hulu due to blackface being in them. I know how it sounds but I'd recommend them because most of them are classics

There was an incident when filming one of those scenes and they had to call in some medical personnel and the paramedics were like "w t f".

I had a weird turn on the show. For whatever reason them just becoming worse and worse was getting too me. I think I fell off after Fat MAC season and then Ive been catching up sporadically since. Still love most episodes I watch but the desire to binge watch is long gone
