The streak was at like 275 or something before it didn't get hit, so times that by $100 and you get $27,500 right there. Of course, that doesn't include the money from Patreon, plus his Youtube/Twitch payments and any other money that was over the tips goal. He easily cleared over $30k, probably just from the vest streak alone. Let's add another $5k or so from Twitch subs to that figure (4 months worth) and it's amazing that he still continues to beg for money almost every stream.

A couple of the whales keeping the streak alive seemed to enjoy trolling him. Why else would they force him to go overtime before they tipped enough to hit the goal? Yeah, it's extremely stupid that they were spending hundreds (maybe thousands) of dollars to troll him, but who can understand the mentality of a DSP whale?

That's the thing: almost none of his fans legitimately enjoy his content and support him because of that. Even some of his biggest supporters will troll him in chat or talk shit about him in other streams. Most of them seem like they care more about getting attention than helping Phil.

I actually don't think he did anything wrong that day because for every hundred dollars it would count towards the streak and go towards the next stupid celebration that these people anticipate. So in a way they were getting something even if it's all completely stupid. But yeah, the actual whales probably took offense.

You don't think asking for more money for the same content is wrong? And hardly anyone was anticipating the next celebration. He killed interest in those by doing the same thing every time. I think the average viewer would prefer gameplay over a new vest reveal and watching him eat fast food.

He doesn't warrant anything other than to look like a monkey in front a camera. He barely interacts with his chat, especially those fans of his that are still around and not just trolls (he should try to learn how to ignore those, even if they give money). We've outlined a bunch of things he could do to improve his stream in these threads, but he doesn't need to improve at all, because the whales will continue throwing money at him for the barebones entertainment he provides. This is someone who has probably made over $40,000 this year alone, but is somehow broke after having a good portion of his debts absolved because of his bankruptcy.

What's sometimes lost in this is that he was still getting tons of gifted subs all throughout the streak. He made a pile of money.

The streak was always going to end because some whale decided it was time for it to end, but what did Phil do to extend it? He complained about people talking about the streak too much, whined that he needed to hit the tips goal earlier, and got annoyed when people wanted him to wear the platinum vest. I don't know how much longer it could have gone, but maybe people would have been more willing to contribute if he didn't act like an entitled prick the entire time.

Of course it's wrong. But people clearly seem to have liked it otherwise it wouldn't have lasted 275 days and have people freaking out nonstop whenever he was close to not meeting the goal. I'm saying from his scummy perspective, it at least makes sense to give his dumb fan base the opportunity to make up some lost streak days

The last one is a joke, right? Because if it is true, and he actually made that goal, meaning people gave him money to do it, I have no faith left in the human race.

It is not surprising he immediatly brought back the vest, this man has no creativity or imagination. But only detractors cared about the vest, they cared so much that Phil didn't even go a day without it when the streak ended.

Welp, he made about 400 dollars in tips. This kind of tells me that his whales are in complete control of Phil. Thry could have not let the streak end, because apparantly, they weren't tapped out. But they are as delusional as Phil sadly, because Phil promissed new and exciting things. But all that has changed is the chait he sits in, everything else is exactly the same, including the quality of the stream. It should come as no surprise though, that Phil believes that moving a chair and basic cleaning are "massive improvements", because of his bare minimum approach to everything.

He once again felt the need to "debunk" that he texts his whales, because hitting the goal without taking a break proves he doesn't. Also admitting he doesn't refill his water between breaks. I guess just as an excuse to take extra breaks.

All in all nothing has changed. He sits in a different chair, but it is the exact same Phil, doing the exact same thing. His streams are exactly the same, the tip goals are a direct manifestation of his greed and complete lack of crearivity. And he rage quit THPS to boot.

Also, the thing that really broke my mind: Phil's parents gave Kat money for her birthday. Sure, I can see that happening. But apparantly Kat spent that money on carpet cleaner. So this is either a testiment to how fucking gross that housr is, how little Phil cares about how clean the house is that his wife rather buys something she wants for her fucking birthday. Or he forced her to spend her money on him.

@Bad_Mojo he is just that bad at the game. He called it hard on several occasions. It probably didn't help he complete gimped the game by leaving out the best part: the music.

I watched a few minutes of a restream last night, which was the first time I've seen him live in quite a while. No music, constant handholding, frequent pauses to read cheers (with most of his responses being mocking and dismissive), and a clear dislike for the game. Who wouldn't want to watch a bitter middle-aged man ride a skateboard around in silence while his chat tells him where to find everything?

To me, the chair spin goal should be suspension-worthy on Twitch. He makes no effort to make the stream about anything more than people giving him money, and he doesn't even try to hide his greed. It's not a gaming stream, it's a charity stream. Yet even a charity will offer more in return for the donations they receive, and they certainly won't mock and insult the people donating.

I feel like she didn't. He prefaced it calling a stupid idea. And I agree, spinning if your fucking chair for 200 dollars is some of the most insane dumb fucking shit I have ever seem, and that is talking abkut Phil who has consistently managed to lower the bar beyond points I even believed possible.

And I may be looking into it too much, but I think Phil came up with it himself, but said Kat did instead. That way, of people reject or hate the idea, he can blame her for it. And it is honestly something I wouldn't put past, he has a history of throwing people under the bus. And thst includes people who actually meant something.

I honestly do not understand the spinning and the bubble blowing. He goes out of his way to tell us how mature he is, and he's made a point of stating that his content is not for children. I find it at odds with his own behavior. Most of the time he's this bitter, resentful old man who waivers between falling asleep during streams and lashing out at everyone around him. Then suddenly he's this whimsical character who likes to blow bubbles and spin around in his chair. Nothing about it makes sense.

That's an insult to theradbrad.

Yes, he brings out a lot of content, so do a lot of people. But his personality, his style and his quality are VASTLY superior to Phil. Hell, there are hundreds of channels on both Youtube and Twitch who have the most basic of people pumping out more quality than gameplay in one stream that Phil has through his entire "carreer".

I remember watching a video the other day, from like 2015 or so, of someone showing their setup for recording videos for Youtube. I found one remark funny, as he pointed out that you should absolutely have a capture card and that pointing a camera at the TV to record footage just wasn't cutting it anymore. I'm not sure when DSP switched to a capture card, but I'm guessing this was definitely a dig at him.

Assuming this is true, buy it is from Phil's mouth directly (and knowing how horrible Phil is with his finances) I am leaning towards it being true: but Phil admitted emptied out not 1, but 2 retirement accounts to keep his "business" afloat.

Given the fact that he burried himself in credit card debt, I am inclined to believe it. But holy shit, this man destroyed his future money for some money now. He would not get a job or something else in order to keep afloat. He'd rather destroy his entire life than admit defeat.
