I guess I dont know what the consensus is, but theres no one in that cast that I straight up dislike. Wakkas kind of a dingus but even he has some charm... John DiMaggio is too good a voice actor to be totally unlikable.

also like Leon said the chemistry of the group is good. Its a happy medium between a group of total strangers and something like XV. Like Tidus gets to be the total fish out of water / audience surrogate role but unlike Vaan in XII he actually fits into the group in a meaningful way.
