Are you against these peaceful protests?

60 y/o Anthony Brennan III from Kensington, Maryland was the cyclist who ATTACKED young adult teen girls for posting flyers calling for justice of George Floyd..and now he's BEGGING for FORGIVENESS as he initially said he grabbed the flyers because he believed the group was going to INCITE VIOLENCE by bringing protesters to their "lovely neighborhood" which has so far been quiet of protests!!

The bald headed kook is charged with second degree assault after he was recorded on footage attacking the teen girls and even assaulted the cameraman for recording him!!

It happened at Maryland-National Capital Park after police got footage of the man assaulting the protesters.

Hundreds of tips were sent to police as Anthony was seen on video grabbing the flyers off the girl's hands and saying "what do you have there, give it to me!!" as the girl screams "get away from me sir"

He then turns his sight on the other smaller girl and said "what do you got?" and then forcibly grabs the flyer off her hands as the other girl screams "get your hands off of her" as Anthony yells back "F*** You"

The cameraman tells him to stop and then Anthony turns his sights on him as the camera falls to the ground.

The man recording says "He sees me recording him and sees the fact that i recorded him as he was doing that and he grabs his bike and runs it into me and pins me into the ground"

Brennan voluntarily turned himself in after a warrant was out for his arrest

The trio said they were a group of young adults putting signs around the area to inspire them to make a difference in terms of both monetary donations and resources to fight injustice

They have been posting flyers in support of justice for George Floyd's killing at the hands of police

The cyclist is now grovelling for forgiveness as he said through his lawyer Andrew Jezic and David Moyse "I am sick with remorse for the pain and fear i caused the victims on the trail and online. I am cooperating fully with authorities. I am committed to makingamends by addressing, through counseling, the underlying issues that led to my abhorrent behaviour. I am edicatd to workingwith the county state office to provide peace to our community and justice to the victims in the video as well as to all the victims of racism and police brutality"

He understands that his apologies is not enough as he will make "amends" to change people's minds

Are you against the peaceful protests?.

more evidence that people don't necessarily get more responsible or more mature as they age. This is just a wrinklier 60-year old body containing the brain of an angst-filled teenager

The cop responsible was arrested and charged. Justice is being served yet people are still demanding justice?

He hasn't been convicted yet, he could still get off. We need Justin Amash's bill that ends legal immunity for cops to be passed for justice to take place (or another similar bill)

I agree, but if they let him off with the evidence there is then it's a miscarriage of justice, sometimes you need a trial to determine what happened but sometimes you only need them to protect people's right to a trial

Yes, he has a right to a trial. As did the person who was killed. And as yet we don't know what the outcome of that trial will be. So at this point it appears that people are just upset that he wasn't immediately convicted and sentenced, thus aren't actually seeking justice at all. They're conserned with violation of one persons right but not the others.

Yep arrested and charged is the same as scented to prison for 20 years. Almost every cop that does something like this gets arrested and charged the only difference is they get a slap on the wrist, nothing, or maybe a 3 month suspension or something.

I swear you sound like if you were in the court room with a murderer that murdered one of your family members you would be shouting Hooray the second they put him in jail even though the trial could end up going the way you don't want.

Yeah, these people act like every cop that does this is currently behind bars, the BLM wouldn't be a thing if the justice system would actually take these fucking cops and give them 10-20 years everytime this happens.

Eric Garner
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Death_of_Eric_Garner
  • Garner had been arrested by the NYPD more than 30 times since 1980 on charges such as assault, resisting arrest, and grand larceny.
  • After considering the case for two months, the grand jury decided on December 3 not to indict
I can see why it would have been difficult to get a conviction.

Thats so stupid, who cares about his past if he was unjustly killed? It's completely unrelated to cops murdering him

The one that murdered Daniel Shaver was allowed to recently retire with a pension.
