Oh wow HTZ was up 86% today. I was thinking about buying some shares with it being below $1 and all but now it's at $1.50. That's probably too much to pay for a company that's already filed for bankruptcy, right? Unless there's a bailout package moving through Congress that I don't know about.

I never said those stocks would go down today! I said they would dip at some point, though I dont think anyone believed they would all go up 20%+ two days in a row.

Now with that being said, man did I miss out on some action today.

And I am saying just blindly listen to me my ROI is above 100% at this point <.<

Like even things I took losses on recovered in a 2 month span.

That being said I am fully expecting some tug back on NCL and AAL today so we'll see what comes of that.

I heard that a dip is looming considering the retail industry is going to shambles. Not a 4,000 point dip or anything like that, but a lesser yet noticeable one.

I mean it is possible you have waited too long and now you will get hit.

But I saw a chart that when adjusted for buying power we haven't even exited the first dip yet and too many people are paying attention to the big numbers and not underlying ones.

As for AAL, there is no way it doesnt significantly dip from whatever it closes at today. And by significantly, I mean at least 10%.

I havent gotten into any of the airlines or cruise lines yet. My money was tied up in the financial sector at the time.

Im reading good things about AVCT though. And I suppose being late to the party with AAL is better than never arriving.

Like yes financial sector is good long term but you don't play long term (you say you do, but you don't) so if you had been in AAL and NCLH when I was and just stuck it out you would have like, doubled your money!

I know, I know. I dont deny it. Looking back at it all, and Ive even said this already, I wouldve made much more money by picking any stock and letting it sit from day one back in late March.

I am very cautious with my money and take it out as soon as I have gains. I am fortunate to be in a position where I do not need extra funds, so the last thing I want to do is engage in even slightly risky propositions. Thats why my ROI is less than yours. But to date, I am up over $11k which I am not disappointed by at all.

I suppose that is all that matters in the end. I too am up over 11k :P

I am thinking of putting $20k into AVCT at open. Not sure how to predict that ones timeline but at this point I just want to take one of your stocks to the bank. And if it ends up doing poorly, Ill demand that you give me all $11k of your gains. No big deal.

I put $35k into AAL at its 3-month high just now. Seems insane, but okay.
And another $20k into AVCT.

These will both go through at open so well see what prices theyll be at.

I dumped 5k into a Roth in April and I'm up about 3k

Unemployment went down. Whoa.

Mainly through a function of retail stores and restaurants rehiring from states opening back up. As always, the wild card is if we get a second spike of coronavirus cases and how states respond to that spike.

Lmao you guys crack me up with LK. I love that you went back into it.

I actually held it all the way through from early April. Most of that was involuntary, I'm amazed that it ended up being my longest held stock of the season! But I approximately doubled my number of shares at $2.22, very glad I did that, and now it's my #2 performing stock of the season.

Damn, I was afraid of a plummet so I made an open order for 3200 shares of LK at 6 when it was halted at 5.51, and now it's back up. Kept 1000 in though.

But hey I already made a ton off of it!

Yes, it's probably getting delisted. But that doesn't mean the shares become worthless. They just get traded on OTC.
