Not going to lie. Scum not rolling over and dying makes me mildly nervous there might be something weird like an unblockable scum.

Nah I'm just dumb and haven't kept up with scans properly. We're gonna have some people looking extremely foolish when I flip but that doesn't surprise me in the slightest. My two biggest accusers are the actual remaining scum player and the person who has proved to be the weakest player in the game lol. It doesn't really matter since I don't have to be alive when Town wins, it'll just take a day longer. Its kinda weird that someone who has been on every scum lynch and has constantly been looking for scum ends up being a policy lynch but I'm kinda used to B8 doing stuff like this

Lea being scum would be weird. I still think Leas role makes way more sense as town with Scares role in the game. And she hasn't felt scum at all.

I would be very surprised if she was the last scum. It would require some plum level of dissonance to be able to complain about scum not giving up while being the scum not giving up.

I wouldn't Lynch her till final 3 probably

Also, I've been suspect of Lea since the beginning - but the fact she was the first on two scum lynches has me think she's town, so I can agree with this.

Chang, why did you roleblock Corrik when Damions flip meant a redirector likely really existed?

Oh wait, I've just realized that I've made a horrible mistake in processing what happened last night. On previous nights, I've been told specifically that both of my actions were successful, but last night only ONE of my actions was successful. My two actions were to roleblock Corrik and predict Death. Given that Death is still alive, the only way that this result should be possible is if 1. Corrik cannot be roleblocked or 2. Corrik redirected me to Han, meaning that my roleblock went through on Han, but my prediction of Han is no longer successful because he's dead. The first one is more likely though, since Corrik claimed (correctly) that I roleblocked him before I said anything.

although FWIW logistically I'm not sure if roleblocking a vanilla would tell me "action successful" if there was no role to block? so that would be a potential 3rd avenue but the odds have got to be absolutely miniscule that Corrik would claim a redirector as town vanilla and then have that exact description flip in Damion's flavor message.

I recognize that this doesn't look good for me right now, but we need to lynch Corrik today if he cannot explain why my action on him didn't work. If he flips town you lynch me tomorrow no questions asked.

The last option is that he is a town redirector who can't be roleblocked but is still claiming that I roleblocked him when it clearly didn't go through. Which would also mean he lied about what he redirected, since Abacus would know if he was redirected.

Or he had to claim roleblocked so as not to confirm anyone town and figured if chang targeted him it's win-win and can confirm him and the only path to surviving the rest of the game.

So the roleblock action either failed, or Death is unpredictable or something (Death note mafia says otherwise ;3 ). It wont come back as failed on a vanilla.

Also, I could see that Ben - but it seems like it'd be like a big gamble/easy to call out... Of course, based on his play I could definitely see that happening.

To be fair Corrik. If you were lying about being RBed, you might as well also be lying about who you targeted, of what your power even does.

Ironically, the only direct proof we have that Chang's role (may) exist comes from Corrik himself.

Um. That's kinda the opposite of what you should have taken away from that flip. If there wasn't a redirector in the game there'd be no need for Damion to have been Persistent except perhaps as a red herring. And if scum team had the redirector on their team then there would also be no need for Damion to have been Persistent.

Those are great points. Though if the redirector bit is not a red herring then it basically tells the scum team there's a redirector. Persistent would mean it can't be doc saved or roleblocked either.

Considering the bomb goes off during lynch Doc couldn't do anything regardless but the RB point is solid.

And then Plum claims doc too. Multishot RB, Doc, and Redirector would be a hell of alot of defensive power for town to have when scum's extra kill was a day kill that none of those abilities would work on and that's not even taking Bomb Defuser into account.

Looks extremely likely Corrik faked the redirector claim based off Damion's role PM and just started doing it early enough to gain some level of credibility. And I'm willing to put some faith in Changas cuz if he was scum all he had to do was nothing to mislynch me today and then Ben tomorrow.

Wait, I think there might be a simple solution to this.

Lynch whoever you feel is best today.

If that isn't Corrik, then Plum protects Abacus tonight and Abacus scans Corrik. If his scan fails then lynch Corrik tomorrow. If Corrik scans clean then lynch probably Ben and win.

I mean we could still lynch Corrik today if y'all want cuz I doubt Big Changas is lying but I'll eat a noose today if need be so we can get one more scan in to finish cleaning house. I'm a better mislynch than Ben for sure, he'll be more help to you guys as vanilla than I would be.

I'm personally fine with lynching Corrik tonight, but would like the see what Plum (or Sultan) think before I vote - since it's a brand new development that kinda threw a wrench in the plan we had.

I agree. This is not the time to jump the gun. I definitely want Plum at least to weigh in on my thoughts but I'm pretty sure this solves the game. I'll unvote just in case I'm wrong.
