I still have barely played it, played like 1 hour and just couldn't get into it. I bought so many games because of him, either that I would't play, or I played with him and his wife for like 2 hours before they got bored and moved to the next game. wwinterj25 05/05/20 2:50:33 PM #20:	Assassin's Creed Odyssey has a lot of grinding to the point I didn't even bother getting the actual ending. The level gate to do missions hurt it a lot. Origins is better for this reason. I liked watching my sister play black flag, but couldn't get into playing it myself. So I hope Valhalla is closer to odyssey than the originals. Basically, in the main game you could sex up whoever you wanted (or NOT sex up people if you didn't want), so if you decided you wanted the main character to be exclusively gay, you could. Or you could be exclusively straight, or bi, or asexual, or whatever. But then the DLC has the main character impregnate/get pregnant with a specific NPC, because you're both magic people and have a moral obligation to pass on your genes to future generations. So people who wanted to be gay threw tantrums, because they were forced to soil themselves with opposite sex sex. Yuck! It was an asinine whiny complaint, because it makes perfect sense in-game why the character would do it. And considering the entire framing story of the game is that you're NOT even that character, as much as you're a different character who is reliving that character's life via virtual reality. And it's arguably even foreshadowed in the main game, when your mom is apparently a lesbian but still made sure to have kids of her own, with someone she didn't even really like that much, because moral obligation. And because the entire premise of the setting is that you can't relive someone's memories at all unless they've had kids (because genetic memory). And that's not even getting into things like bisexuality a) being a thing, and b) being pretty common in ancient Greece. Including, you know, among the Spartans.
