To be fair, Assassins Creed Odyssey is pretty much a Witcher 3 rip off and worse in every way. Not sure many people who played both would take AC over it.

3 people missed a point but survived. mariomaster0, pbnj and TanookieKirby only got 3 points but are still on the Top 50.

Witcher would suck with the board vote too, so I'm not sure either one would have much of an advantage. Witcher only didn't struggle and keep on rising because it was going up against another bad board vote WRPG game as well.
