It was written by him and James Todaro, a former ophthamologist in Michigan turned crypto investor It claimed to be in consultation with Stanford University School of Medicine and Rigano used a Johns Hopkins email address but his linkdln says he's a student and not a faculty there The text was in a format that scientified paper would follow including drawings of the structure of the chemimcal structure in chloroquine and Dailymail found it was NOT scientific but doctored up to look like one Rigano is stating he's an "advisor" to the school of medicine but Julie Greicius, senior director at Stanford said he is not nor was he ever involved with them Many professors are outraged that he named them as advisors and asked their name to be removed and Google removed the document last Thursday Rigano then went on the Laura Ingraham show to promote it and said "it's worth considering" after stating 30 patients in a controlled study used it to have a strong reason for a preventative dose.
