Kinda like Three Houses if you want to look at it that way. It's just that the 2 paths that aren't the "main" one you bought happen to be DLC. If you are going to count the different branches of FE Fates as separate games, then for consistency, you should also count Pokemon X/Y, Pokekemon Sun/Moon, and Pokemon OR/AS as separate games. It's the exact same principle of being the same game with multiple versions.
