He really is going for the sticking his head in the sand approach. For the record: he was called to the stand yesterday. This means that he was expected to be there and the rescheduling happened because of his absence. The trustee reschedulednfor March 26th. This is not doing Phil any favours, because it is highly suspicious behaviour.
