When asked why he had his pants down, he said he shouldn't have done that as he still struggled to get his sweatpants on correctly as he was detained by the officer and into his vehicle that had an AIR CONDITIONER on.

The officer has directly why Reese did it in such a public place and in broad daylight as Reese only said he wasn't trying to be seen but the officer noted his windows had no tint and he was in a busy parking lot at 2PM.

Reese acknowledged he should have known people would see him but he had recently watched a porn video on his device and "couldn't resist" after watching a pornographic video on his phone

Toronto acknowledged the arrest said they are in communication with him and police and out of respect, will not comment further

In that situation, I probably wouldn't do anything. It's nobody's business what goes on in other people's cars anyway, unless it's something like a child or pet left in a car on a hot day or something. There is one similar situation I've heard of that I would sound the alarm on due to a specific key difference. This sort of incident occurring in plain sight of young children, like at a preschool or public playground, where the stimulent isn't likely to be something on one's mobile device, and the situation could quickly become much more severe.

Also this. The way she phrased it makes it sound like she made a point of looking into the car, which is pretty questionable. He still shouldn't have been doing it, obviously, and it's perfectly plausible for somebody to have seen him without going out their way to peep, but it sounds like she tried to get a good look at what was going on.
