I don't wanna ruin anything but it's a modern day take on norse mythology with a global warming/polution twist kinda....hard to explain but really good.

Began watching yesterday, will finish today. Really good. I hope there's a 2nd season.

Nah, honestly I love these kind of movies. There isn't much special effects at all, but they tell a great story. I like the characters alot. My favorite play I ever say (and I watched many with my wife in major theaters etc) was Caberet at Chabot College in Hayward CA. It was a small production but the actors loved their roles and it showed.
