Eventually I got tired of it and just had someone towed. Never had issues after that. People will walk over you until you show them they cant. If it happens again Id suggest you get it towed. Sounds like you gave more than a fair warning. Apparently the guy didn't feel like backing out of his own driveway? There was nothing blocking his way from what I remember. Police charged him with something but I don't remember what. Basically he paid a fine and was told he is not to trespass on the property again otherwise he would be arrested.
