If you stop eating meat, but you still want to feel full, you will need to up your carbs. Plenty of pasta and rice dishes are fine without meat and still leave you full and satisfied. Burritos are really filling and good without any meat.
Try some alternatives, Soy or if you are living in the States try Beyond Meat as a substitute. Just try not to eat it everyday, like you probably do with meat. See at as a thing you eat once or twice a week.
Might get you in the habit of doing it with meat as well, once you go back to eating it.
If you have selfish, ignorant citizens, you're going to get selfish, ignorant leaders.
