I do like boneless wings... but I find that bone in just taste better? As for what wings, I've grown fond of the Memphis style bone-in wings from Boston Pizza.

Past 2 months for wing Weds I've been getting boneless because their new batter is better and I've been mixing sauces.Also easier to clean up afterwords since I can use a fork.

So what's wrong with that? A rose by another name is still a rose. Most places just call them boneless wings so that's what you ask for. It also helps differentiate the usually lower quality nuggets from the kid's menu.

The debate of boneless chicken strips being called "wings" is always weird since boneless strips are white meat and wings are dark meat. So they're not even the same thing in any way except for the sauce they are tossed in. But both are legitimately good. That said, 99% of the time it's bone in for me. I'd rather have a buffalo chicken sandwich than buffalo chicken strips. But I do occasionally eat chicken strips.

Also I have no earthly idea why BWW is popular. It's like the McDonalds of fast food chicken places.

I usually prefer bone-in, but some places have better boneless wings than bone-in. Buffalo Wild Wings is a good example of one.

Breast meat is normally considered of higher quality than wing meat, but "boneless wings" sell better than other names for breaded sauced breast meat, like "buffalo chicken tenders" or whatever. It's just one example of why I maintain that marketers are the world's smartest people. Psychology makes no sense and these people have mastered it.

Also, BWW is alright. Not gonna get the world's best wings (or anything else) there but not gonna get the world's worst either. But I also like McDonald's lol so your comparison might not work on me too well.

Literally the difference is delicious fried crispy skin. Boneless wings are skinless and thus only get flavor from sauces.

hard to get better than Mcdonalds french fries, though I did find one that tops it. Not necessarily a fast food, there was a guy at one of those stadium event shows(you know the ones, where they showcase products and the like?), who took a potato, put it on a drill bit, and spun it through a mounted blade into oil. French Fry salt on top. Dear lord, it was the best fries I have ever eaten.
