Some people mix the wasabi in the soy sauce, but I usually put it straight on the fish, then dip the whole roll/sushi piece into the soy sauce. I like almost everything to be honest. Fluke, red clam, and kani are also some of the stuff that i order. There's one place in Las Vegas and another in Los Angeles that are our go-to spots. The rolls specifically are disgusting, I tried one once (from a Sushi restaurant) and couldn't swallow it. I am not a fan of mushy cold food in general.
