sushi is kind of different. it's food specifically designed to be delicious.

Aki roll at a local place. Although I havent been there in a while and I cant find it on the menu so I cant list what was in it. California roll without cucumbers (one of only a few things I wont eat) is probably next up. Theyre usually pretty straight-forward with fake crab and mayo with avocado.

Fake wasabi tastes like horseradish. I havent had real wasabi. If you eat a lot at once itll burn straight into the back of your nose and your eyes will water. It isnt that hot, though in small amounts and it doesnt last long like peppers do. You should mix enough to taste it with some soy and dip a piece of sushi into it.
