ZBug_ 10/28/19 7:20:35 PM #16:	Im on the 23rd world tournament now. I love the tournament sagas. Always been my favorite part of any martial arts anime. Ill probably watch Yu Yu Hakusho after Dragon Ball. The tournament saga in that is so good. Anyway, Tien is more brutal than I remember. I kinda like it. I like his quips and general dick-headedness its pretty amusing. Funny cause I dont care for Vegeta because hes just an annoying rage head all the time. Tien is cocky and smooth about it and doesnt usually lose his cool (Vegeta never had his cool). I seriously wish that the non-Saiyan characters didnt get back seated so bad later on in DBZ... and its worse in DBS, anyone who isnt named Goku or Vegeta completely gets shafted. Because it's got a neat fantasy adventure feel early on, but by the end it starts to get boring and lame like much of DBZ. Honestly Dragon Ball is actually pretty fun most the time. Season 1 and 2 are really good and season 3 slows down but isnt terrible. Season 4 (a.k.a. General Blue saga) is garbage. Its annoyingly slow and it feels like the whole season is a filler and the main villain has so many deus ex Machina moments that its frustrating. I wouldnt blame anyone for skipping this season. Season 5 with Mercenary Tao is really good again, thats when it starts to return to its martial arts aspect of the show. Season 5 with Mercenary Tao is really good again, thats when it starts to return to its martial arts aspect of the show.
