It would depend on the context. 25th Amendment might be a better route for that one, also.

I would support impeachment if Trump did any of the following:

1. Murder a confidant who had damaging information on him.
2. Delete 33,000 emails from his private email server after being served with a valid subpoena.
3. Call a group of oppressed people super predators, knowing that they have no political allies.
4. Call the American People deplorable.
5. Call the American People irredeemable.
6. Leave a US ambassador to die and blame an American exercising free speech on Youtube.
7. Give secret speeches to Goldman Sachs for 250k a speech.
8. Invade Iran based on a fictitious excuse like WMD in Iraq.
9. Collude with the RNC to rig the Republican primary.

I am not sure I am logically understanding how this would work. Jobs fundamentally pay out different amounts. Why wouldn't they switch to the lowest plans possible then. What about unemployed?

This is where the disconnect comes from. For Elizabeth Warren and people in the upper middle class bubble, bankruptcy is a fate almost as bad as death. For people like Donald Trump, bankruptcy is a good thing. It means you are gaining an advantage over some creditor who you are not paying.

So is it an increase for the middle class or not? Requiring middle class workers whose employers pay x amount to now pay more than x amount due to what is considered the same cost for everyone is likely to make them get paid less in return. But, again, how does this get figured out when the cost would fluctuate with unemployment. Like we are at 3.5% unemployment now. If it goes to 10% how could this plan not bankrupt the entire country.

with a +/- 4.7 margin of error as stated, any of the top three could be the leader. so it would be most fair to call it a three way tie with Biden on their heels.

Its a single pill with 5 points separating first from fourth and a 4.7 MoE, Id say its basically a tie.

But we can just compromise and say its close.
