Funny coincidence, I was thinking about it about an hour ago.

It was better as a self-actualisation meme, where someone takes a look at their life and goes "Jesus I'm living life on auto-pilot, what's wrong with me". I hate that some right-wing chuds started using it to call people sheep, before drinking gallons of milk and sticking dildos up their asses like a gang of jackasses.

It's already a dumb meme, but can be funny depending on how it's used. If someone uses it unironically, trying to make it a talking point than yeah it not only is it dumb, but sad at the same time.
