Then, with 64, I broke it into 4 16ths. Eliminated bottom five in each quadrant and added one from each to my noms. Then, with 40 left and 8 spots open, re-randomized, elimated two from four 10-packs and... I don't really remember, but it eventually got to 16 left with four spots open and went into one-on-one tournament with a losers' bracket. Personally, i had to ADD in games that I didn't originally have on my short list. I'm naturally more selective when it comes to these but I would not be surprised if others had the same dilemma. 250 is also way too large. If anything if there are a lot of ties at the 100 cut there should just be tie breaker rounds.
