If you want a game that allows you to do whatever, The Saboteur has like a thousand opportunities to stick it to the Nazis.

Your only new option is through Origin but you can probably find it used for under $20 for 360 or PS3. I enjoyed this game so much that I bought it three times.

Its cheaper on Xbox. And if you have a one its enhanced. Looks and runs better.
