Regardless of what the ruling may or may not be I want to point out when Socko pulled this shit he got banned indefinitely which is a fitting punishment for people who blatantly sabotage the game

Weirdly enough when I was obsessed about this game and hosts didnt tally votes, I tracked saves for my guy so Sicko wouldnt lawyer him out.

Weirdly enough RM has not been lawyered out.

I think we have a legit shot just as long as Team XIII doesn't fracture. We effectively got four characters into the top 14 and who knows how much further it could've gone!

More importantly though, becoming demoralized now is what the people who caused this (by withholding information, Eddv just made a mistake) and are gloating about it want. I, for one, refuse to give them the satisfaction of an easy win. XIII isn't dead yet.

It was announced with such gusto. It was definitely being sat on for a while. That's not the type of reaction of someone who just happened to spot it a minute before the announcement. This is all just damage control because he didn't pay attention well enough to previous contests to know you get banned for that.

me and Inviso have celebrated both lawyerings that resulted in Cecil's loss

I'm just consistent! That time I thought I killed Celes who seemingly got lawyered once, I was hit with mockery too until the true catch and that was fair.

Lawyerings have just been part of the game for ages, sometimes you're happy sometimes you're not... you just have to accept sometimes others will be happy when you're not.

Ill juat give my opinion on part of it.

On the community rule for FBike. Use whatever Steiner says to break the tie for my vote.

As for Janus, it would be pretty bull shit to ban him. We are not (or at least we shouldnt be) obligated to call out early saves. Now if we purposefully dont and then try to fuck someone over afterward, thats pretty scummy yes. Its not Januss Responsibility whatsoever however to be anyones keeper.

Though honestly like, having the spreadsheet kinda muddies the whole thing. Like whoever updates the spreadsheet should have easily caught that and pointed it out. Is Lefty the only one who updates it or is it open for editing during the round by anyone? Did someone throw Lightning's early save in, spot it then, choose not to say anything till the last?

I'm just calling bullshit on FBike's story. It doesn't add up. If he wants to comic book villain it up I'd be 'okay' with that in a way but people actually humoring he wasn't sitting on that for a while is just gross. Don't always assume the best from people. Some people are jackasses.

It happened in too short a time. Theres like 2mins between the post saying Eddvs Fang save was early and FBike and Janus posting Lightning is dead. Theres no way they didnt know for who knows how long before then

honestly this + the fact that Eddv saving early was brought up in the rush bringing his saves into attention (especially for an Eddv saver)

I still lean that it looks deliberate, but I certainly understand how it would be just noticed there at the end - Eddv saving early came up, and he saved Edea which makes it FBike's business
