The triple platimum singer's song was played just hours after far-right winger 56 y/o Robert Bayers shot 11 people and injured 6 others at Tree of Life Synagogue. He has expressed his anger over the decison and lawyers have sent the letter to stop his song from being played at any future events It says in the letter "On the day of the mass murder of 11 human beings at the hands of a deranged 'nationalist' you played his song Happy to a crowd at a political event in Indiana. There was nothing 'happy' abou the tragedy inflicted upon our country on Saturday and no permission was granted for your use of this song for your purpose" Howard King says Pharrell will grant Trump permission to use his songs for use and the use of his song without his consent constitutes both copyright and trademark infringement. Despite the tragedy, Trump is not stopping his campaign style rally for Republicans around the country as he plans to shove 11 stops in 6 DAYS to ensure Republicans control the House but he concedes that they will likely lose. During the rally, he jokes that he almost canceled the event because he had a 'bad hair day'and not the massacre in Pittsburgh. Later in the evening he took to twitter while watching Game 4 of the series and questioned pitching changes.
