Because this is the Year of FFXIII (TM 2018). Unironically have Lightning as probably my #1 character I haven't saved yet... because there's never been a need to. Chris is a brilliant engineer (trust me) and its KKs train just like it was Steiners train last year, but every person on the train is invaluable.
