The dudes in the video did actually talk about it within the first 2-3 minutes. Basically looks like a typical eula for a mobile app. It wants your data. Idk, maybe they talk more about it later though.

They start looking at the privacy agreement at around 1:07, and it only lasts for about 2 minutes. It does indeed sound pretty unreasonable, especially considering that you won't be seeing this agreement until after you've already purchased the game. I have to wonder if "I didn't agree to the privacy agreement" is going to be accepted as a reason for returning games, since otherwise, I really don't think that should be legal.
