except you get the ball again every 30ish seconds and scores are higher in basketball so individual misses are a lot less damaging

My assessment of Houston before the game started, not having watched that much of them, was "mediocre team that occasionally shows flashes of brilliance"

Sorta makes sense that the Cowboys, as bad as they are, are only down by this much.

Um...am I the only one who thought that Hopkins "fumble" was an incomplete pass?

I went into this game up by 57 points against Watson, Hopkins, and the Houston D. .5 PPR.

I'll take that first half considering how close it could have been to disaster for me. Still not very confident.

But with how trash Steelers defense is, I expected them to be able to stomp them. And of course he's injured like half my roster. Wah.

Anyway, I did to to the Browns vs Ravens game. That game was wretched and the crowd was the most hot I've ever seen though. My girlfriend's family is from Cleveland and all the guys came in from other states to see the game, so I'm happy they got to see them win.

Some dude was screaming conspiracy shit during the fourth quarter about how the NFL is trying to kill itself and is a shell of what it was and the sport as we know it will be gone. And then I cheered once for a receiver on the Ravens finally being open and then he targeted me. Just kept telling me to be happy because the Ravens cheated. And at one point he got in my face and I just told him he needs to step back because I don't need to fight a crazy drunk dude. Then his friend grabbed him and ripped him off of me and absolutely chewed him out for how he's acting. He took a few minutes to chill out and then apologized, we talked about the game a bit, offered to buy me a drink, and gave me an awkwardly long hug. So that happened.

All I have to say about the Ravens is that their defense is the only thing that carries their games. And like usual, Flacco's receivers are middling at best to mediocre, and they are never, ever open. So when Flacco is throwing into like triple coverage it's because nobody is close to open and he's probably going to get sacked. And I think Michael Crabtree washes his gloves with baby oil before every play so he can fail to hold onto a ball. And the running game isn't great either for the Ravens so they're kind of stuck unless they just keep feeding the ball to Lamar. Or hell, just make him their running back for this season. He will do a better job and get more yardage than everyone on the Ravens.

The Browns also have a very good defense and they need to tighten up their team and make sure they aren't constantly playing sloppy as evidenced by the ridiculous amount of calls they had on them.
