Like 75%.

Pretty low, as it happens. I was unemployed from mid-2009 through early 2012 (just shy of three years). I was turned down for a whole lot of jobs. I've also been turned down for promotions at my current employer; that said, I got a big promotion last month. It's worth the effort to keep trying.

100% but I had one job throughout high school and now my current job after university and I got both interviews with people my aunt knew who were fairly likely to hire me as long as I didn't act too crazy.

It was 100% up until recently, since I'd only ever interviewed for and held one job.

Yeah once I'm in person it's over 75%
