It's way easier for your wife to bang attractive, fit men than it is for you to get women of a similar caliber, or evebn at all.

I'm not saying that you guys cannot stay together holding on to a memory of what you once had, because that's what most folks who take your route end up doing. They remain together out of codependency of just out of comfort.
But don't kid yourself. You cannot open up your marriage like that and expect no negative repucussions. I mean, we literally have centuries of evidence of this being the case.

We also need to keep in mind that not everyone places the same amount of energy and time on sex.
For me, sex was near paramount when I was in my early 20s. Now that I'm older and have the opportunities to develop other aspects of my life, like my career, home etc, I find that I'm way more content sexually with 1 person and getting an orgasm, though pleasurable, is nowhere near as pleasurable as making $$.

Some men are still in the stage where the most gratification they can achieve in their lives, sadly, is only sexually.
