This topic gets so worked up every time someone doesn't like something that everyone else likes. It's kind of odd.

"God damnit I wish AJ Styles got an opponent that wasn't complete trash"

that's not just disliking something, that's pretty intense dismay to put it lightly. maybe a little bit too strong of a feeling toward Rusev who is generally agreed upon as a wrestler with a lot of talent and charisma?

Eddv's been a spoilsport for a while now. Don't know why, but he seems negative on WWE recently...moreso than usual.

When literally every other source of wrestling is peaking its hard to not be down on WWEs utter squandering of talent.

And Rusev just...isn't good. He and Aiden are real "fast forward" fodder for me.

There's probably no one in this topic that's more upset about WWE's squandering talent than me, but Rusev is one of those talents being squandered IMO.

I mean, we are like that towards Reigns. We were like that towards Cena once upon a time. It's nothing worth getting worked up about unless the person starts trying to make the entire topic about it or antagonizing people who disagree, neither of which is the case here.

I agree that Aiden introducing Rusev without ever having some sort of interaction with workers that isn't just a song is wearing thin, but Rusev himself is great. I just want characters to evolve and change through their interactions.

I absolutely understand not being big on Rusev. They have run Rusev day into the ground with no development for months and months. I still like him but that's mostly because I focus my ire for the act upon Aiden English.

I mean, I doubt Rusev is in love with a dumb Rusev Day gimmick either, but that has no bearing on his level of talent.

Aiden is great in the role, too. It's just a lack of variety. It's why I'm bored with Elias. Outside of what he did with Strowman, it's a constant baseline of sameness. But both guys are great.

Don't ask me if 3 sets of 50 reps is good for you (my personal training background says 20-25 reps max), but hey, he said keep the weight low.

Of course I modified things (VERY light free weights because home workout, less pull-ups cause I can only manage a few, squats instead of shoulder stuff to get some leg work), but this will definitely prove these guys know their shit. I mean, of course they do, but seeing it in action is amazing. Drew with one arm could probably kick all our asses at once.

1. Wrestling fans like Rusev and want better for him and this is an easy thing to chant that supports him.
2. Wrestling fans want something different and this is an easy thing to chant that supports that.
3. Wrestling fans like to chant shit above all else.

I ASSUME its mostly the same as YES where its just because they want a Rusev Push and they also want to chant something.

I hate this booking. Everyone else likes rusev too, and they sure don't want to boo him. But you're going to bring that issue to the forefront by putting him in the main program against the top babyface. Please wwe, all I want is a feud that's presented as important between a wrestler I like and a wrestler I hate.

Enjoying SD at the minute. Gauntlet match was fun. Couldn't help but laugh when Joe was counted out and left standing with a face like a slapped arse. Big E's flying through-the-ropes spear on DB looked painful as, I was like ''Oh, He's killed him now!''

Wow. This seems like it's been a longtime coming now, but damn. I'm kind of floored that WWE didn't induct him into the Hall of Fame earlier this year or last year when the diagnosis started coming down the pipeline. Maybe he just couldn't travel.
