EA: D
-Sea of Solitude was the most interesting looking to me. Anthem looks good as well but still not particularly into it.
-Otherwise standard boring sports + racing shit
-Some cringe moments

-No FF7 (though that was expected)
-Disappointing

Ubisoft: C
-Dancing Pandas
-Some neat titles but nothing too big to me
-Standard Ubisoft weird fun times

-Problems at the start
-Wait why are we wasting all this time on banjos?
-Uh okay so lets move on
-INTERMISSION ALREADY!?
-We're half way through and have only seen like one or two things

-Sony's running it back hard!
-Best of the KH3 trailers
-Decent ending

Nintendo: B- (though not really as fair since they didn't really do a big conference anyway)

-Still one game alone can't win you the entirety of E3...Okay well that's not true, but it doesn't win it for them this time.

Really? Thought it was roughly the same but with a little less here and there. Well it had the least impact in any case (Microsoft revealed Frozen and Sony revealed POTC)

I don't pay close enough attention to the total packages for report cards or anything, but the stuff that excites me off the top of my head

- Vesperia Definitive Edition
- KH3 actually looking good... gameplay wise which is all I really care about at this point
- No car in Mario Party so... cautiously optimistic
- Octopath, but I've been excited about that for a while now
- Smash, obviously

I would say FE but after Awakening and Fates I don't trust IS enough right now. Gonna have to see more before I commit. It does look interesting though.

I never thought I would say it, but Microsoft won. Sony had some great games to show too. The others had a few little things to look forward to in 2 years while Nintendo was pretty easily the most disappointing of the console by a mile.

Not doing grades, but I'm most excited for Vesperia DE and Remake 2.

Nintendo may have objectively had the worst

but it was the only conference to have me screaming at the screen in joy

Vesperia finally getting the edition we deserved like 8-10 years ago
Kingdom Hearts 3
The Last of Us 2
Spider-Man
Tsushima looked beautiful
Tomb Raider
Octopath might be fun
DQ11 since its the first time since 8 Ive had any sort of interest at all
Fire Emblem even though they told us basically nothing

Not shown at E3, but also excited about P3D, P5D, PQ2 and Catherine stuff.

Most disappointing was probably Pokemon as far as games go. I wish we were getting the real next main game instead of this bad looking garbage stuff.

Overall it was an adequate set of conferences. Microsoft killed it. They really needed to come out swinging this year and they did. The Xbox One might be too far gone, but they're in a great position for next generation. Their conference also had the two best trailers, DMC5 and Cyberpunk 2077 Nintendo I dropped from a B+ to a B because of the Fire Emblem and Yoshi delays (their first delays this generation I believe) and lacking a few key games, but at the end of the day Smash Ultimate is still easily the biggest game of the show. Everyone else was as expected.

I dont get why people say this, why does that matter? Theyre making the choice for all their games to be on PC as well, and they showed a bunch of great 3rd party games.

For example, the game I ended up the most excited for was the RE2make, and it greatly affected my enjoyment of the Sony conference, even though I probably wont buy it for my PS4.

If I had to rank the big three press conferences, I'd go with Microsoft > Nintendo > Sony. As I gave the same grade to both Nintendo and Sony, the tiebreaker was the fact that I have a Switch and could get any of these upcoming games where as I don't have a PS4 yet.
